How matching works
- Send your file. A list with year, make and model for each customer, plus color if you have it. DMS exports, service histories and purchased lists all work.
- We clean and match. Our matching cleans up messy model names, misspellings and trim variations, then pairs each record with a licensed studio image from our EVOX vehicle library.
- Color follows the record. When the file has a color, the image matches it. When it doesn't, we use a clean default color.
- No blank spots. Records we can't match exactly get a good fallback image, so every piece prints. We report the match rate before anything goes to press.
- You get merge-ready files. Your original file with an image file name on every record, plus the images, organized for your VDP software. Use them with any printer or mailing company, or in your own shop.
